CHASE'S FIRST WIGGLY TOOTH HAS BEEN LOOSE FOR A COUPLE WEEKS. IT BECAME ALMOST GROTESQELY UNHINGED AS WE WERE DRIVING BACK FROM UTAH. HE WAS FASCINATED WITH THE TOOTH DURING THE CAR RIDE AND KEPT DEMANDING THAT WE STOP BY EVERY GAS STATION THROUGHOUT OUR DRIVE SO THAT HE COULD LOOK AT THE WIGGLY TOOTH IN A MIRROR. WE HAD TO KEEP TELLING HIM TO STOP PLAYING WITH IT, BECAUSE I KNEW FOR SURE WE WOULD LOSE THE THING IN THE CAR, JUST LIKE WE SOMEHOW LOST LOGAN'S SHOE DURING THE DRIVE. (IT'S COMPLETELY GONE) -THE SECOND SHOE OF HIS THAT WE HAVE LOST IN LESS THAN ONE YEAR- TWO YEAR OLDS! (WE'VE ALSO LOST TWO HATS OF HIS) OR HE LOST IT, NOT ME. NO WAY. I'M A PERFECT MOM WHO NEVER MAKES A MISTAKE. EVER.
SO BACK TO THE TOOTH-- AS SOON AS WE GOT HOME, DADDY PULLED IT RIGHT OUT. ALL CHASE WANTED WAS A PENNY FROM THE TOOTH FAIRY. THE FAIRY SPLURGED AND LEFT HIM A QUARTER AND A PENNY, BECAUSE JUST A PENNY SEEMED TOO UNEXCITING TO THE FAIRY. PLUS, YOU CAN'T BUY A DANG THING FOR A PENNY. I HAVE INSANELY AWESOME MEMORIES ABOUT PENNY CANDY THAT WE USED TO BE ABLE TO BUY IN THE STORES. MAYBE THEY STILL EXCIST SOMEWHERE, BUT NOT WHERE I'VE BEEN LIVING AND I'VE COVERED SOME GROUND BETWEEN FLORIDA, UTAH AND MONTANA. THE LAST PLACE I EVER BOUGHT THE STUFF WAS AT A GAS STATION IN REXBURG WHILE GOING TO SCHOOL. I LOVE LOVE LOVE PENNY CANDY. ESPECIALLY THE FRUIT TOOTSIES AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THE FRUIT SOUR PATCH CANDIES. (WATERMELON WAS MY FAV, BUT I'D ALWAYS EAT SO MUCH THAT MY TONGUE WOULD GO RAW) SO WORTH IT THOUGH.
IT'S PROBABLY A GOOD THING I CAN'T BUY PENNY CANDY, BECAUSE MY HUSBAND WOULD ASK ME WHERE ALL OUR MONEY HAD GONE TO...AND HOW COULD I HAVE HONESTLY EXPLAINED THAT THE CULPRIT WAS PENNY CANDY? SERIOUSLY, IT WOULDN'T GO OVER WELL.

Yeah for loosing teeth. Alyssa has lost eight so far. That stinks about the shoe. I am so with you on the penny candy thing especially the shour fruits!! Love love love them!!

bailey is sooooo jealous! she wants to lose a tooth so badly. i keep telling her that she won't be losing one for awhile. she got her teeth later and i bet she loses them later too :( bummer.

mia lost that tooth first also, now she has three more loose.
she was a little spoiled because she lost the tooth and had an MRI ,all in the same week, and for holding still durring the MRI she was given a dolar from the tec. so she bought some of her favorite chapstick.
