We ran to Zion National Park this weekend. We love it there... its our little get away place. But it was much colder than we thought it would be. Some of the pathways were iced up, but we trotted on. There were several deer and we even saw a huge herd of wild turkeys. They are really ugly creatures. They taste much better than they look. Thank goodness.
Logan was cute in his stroller. He is in a pointing phase. He pointed at everything while forming an O with his mouth, and said "Ooh" to everything. Chase is fun, but loud and obnoxious. Every time someone came to approach us in the front or from behind on the pathway, he'd start yelling, "Hurry. They're coming. We've got to run. Let's get out of here. We can't let them get us!" And I'm not kidding when I say he yelled it. He's going to be one of those kids that says things in front of strangers, and it will be comprised of embarrassing things.
This may be our last trip to Zion....so we took some pictures.
